INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR THE CLOSURE OF 

THE MILITARY PRISON OF CALLAO NAVAL BASE

In September 2017 Dr. Abimael Guzman Reinoso, leader of the Communist Party of Peru, life imprisonment , turns 25 detained in the Military Prison of Callao Naval Base, highly restrictive prison and denied all rights to keep in perpetual isolation and solitary confinement without any judge or judgment has been established, the Military Prison of Callao Naval Base in Peru should be closed because it is unconstitutional, illegal and inhumane having civilians in a military prison. 

Such prison in fact is a center of torture against a person with 82 years old, who deny freedom of speech, will apply full censorship, requisitioned writings, books, legal documents, denied information, visits, telephone, pursue and apprehend their lawyers, will open new trials and even pursued an offense to ask for amnesty and the right to freedom. Only allow once a year meeting with his wife and is prohibited from being treated in a hospital. 

For this reason we appeal to your solidarity and ask us to provide signature by the CLOSURE OF THE MILITARY PRISON OF CALLAO NAVAL BASE, BECOME A SYSTEMATIC CENTER OF POLITICAL PRISONERS ANNIHILATION IN PERU.
